4D ultrasounds create a three-dimensional image and offer the extra live-video effect. As generally performed to check fetal development, you could potentially see your baby smile or yawn in the womb. Also, it shows the exterior development of skin, facial features, fingers, and toes. The test comprises hundreds of images into a moving video. It gives a better look if any suspicion is found in 2D or 3D ultrasounds.

Instructions:
- You may need to have a full bladder to get a clear image of the fetus and reproductive organs.
